Bid Opportunities
City of Scappoose bid opportunities, requests for quotes, and requests for proposals are published in the Daily Journal of Commerce and/or the South County Spotlight or may be directly distributed to contractors & consultants.
Bid packets for some projects may also be available from the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) web site, where they may be viewed for free and purchased for a fee of $10.00. Companies that purchase the bid packets will be automatically notified by e-mail if addenda are issued. QuestCDN will also generate a list of plan holders and bid results.
