Municipal Court

Municipal Court is held each Wednesday at Scappoose City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 33568 East Columbia Avenue.  

The Municipal Court is presided over by Judge Nicholas Wood.

The Municipal Court Clerk, Cathy Carpenter, facilitates the daily operations.  

The court staff can answer questions about court schedules, bail amounts, general procedure, and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice.

Night Court is offered once a month. To see if you qualify to reschedule your court date please contact Court Clerk Cathy Carpenter at 503-543-7146, ext 225.
