Pursuant to Scappoose Municipal Code, 2.04.0010, regular meeting of the City Council are held on the First and Third Mondays of each month, unless the Monday falls on a holiday. When the Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held on Tuesday. City Council meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. This is an open meeting and attendance by the public is welcome. The City of Scappoose does not discriminate on the basis of handicap status in its programs and activities.
