Water meters are City property and should not be tampered with. If you have a water or sewer emergency, such as a broken pipe or leak, and it is between 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. call the Water Department at (503)543-8404. If it is outside of these hours, please call After-Hours Emergency at (503)397-1521. A staff person is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
